Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Facilitate onboarding of new hires in HRIS system.
• Schedule, coordinate and lead new hire orientation.
• Generate offboarding paperwork and maintain offboarding tracker.
• Maintain employee files and HR records.
• Track and report HR program requests and metrics.
• Assist HRBPs with introductory period tracking and follow-ups.
• Conduct exit interviews and document outcomes.
• Handle invoicing and quarterly HR reports.
• Respond to employee inquiries received in HR inboxes.
