Responsibilities

• Support strategic People/HR projects and address HR systems issues, troubleshooting, and solutions.
• Perform thorough UAT for system changes during each sprint cycle and for BAU improvements.
• Maintain documentation for test scripts, screenshots, scenarios, and testing results.
• Conduct regular data audits to maintain accuracy and integrity of People data.
• Support requirements gathering and prioritization for HR systems optimization roadmap.
• Create and maintain requirements for HRIS and ticketing systems enhancements.
• Develop internal process documentation, user guides, and quick-reference materials.
• Assist with HR systems training, data cleanup, audits, and data governance.
• Develop process guides and playbooks for consistent People operations.
• Identify opportunities for HR process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems and processes.
• Provide timely project updates and maintain project documentation.
