Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks a People Operations Analyst (TEMP) in Midtown Manhattan, NY, to support HR transformation initiatives, system enhancements, data governance, and process improvements. You will partner with People Operations, HR, and cross-functional teams to optimize systems and ensure data accuracy across the organization.

The temporary role runs approximately 6 months through February 2027, with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite) and a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in a systems, operations, or process-focused role.
• Hands-on Workday experience required; ServiceNow experience preferred.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills.
