Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP invites applications for an Analyst, People Technology based in New York (hybrid). You will provide technical support to the People Team firm‑wide, including talent acquisition, core HRIS (Workday), compliance, case management, and related Workday processes.

You will assist with testing, data management, reporting and process improvements. Required are a Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of HRIS configuration experience (Workday preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of HRIS configuration experience (Workday preferred).
• Proficient with Workday or equivalent HRIS configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and documents client requirements including stakeholders, scope, and processes.
• Performs Workday configuration, testing, validation, and maintenance.
• Supports data management, reporting, and auditing activities.
• Assists with regression testing during Workday releases and related systems.
• Contributes to process improvements to automate workflows and enhance collaboration.
• Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork within People Operations.
