Job summary

Justworks in New York City seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize HR systems, focusing on Workday configuration and data integrity. You will be the liaison for HRIS questions, partner with stakeholders, and drive efficiency across People & Talent systems.

You will ensure data accuracy, document processes, and help scale HR technologies to meet growing business needs while maintaining confidentiality and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar technical role with hands-on Workday configuration experience.
In-depth knowledge of HR systems and technologies, such as HRIS, payroll systems, ATS, and LMS.
Excellent writing and communication skills; customer-centric, employee experience mentality.

Responsibilities

Support cross functional projects across Workday functional areas (Core HCM, Benefits, Advanced Comp, Talent & Performance).
Assist in review, testing and implementation of system upgrades or enhancements.
Capture business process requirements and translate into technical solutions.
Identify and resolve process flaws, offering improvements and alternative approaches.
Train team members and system users on existing and new processes/functionality.
