Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a senior Lead, People M&A Integration to shape and execute People Enablement during the M&A lifecycle. You translate transaction objectives into integrated plans, governance routines, and coordinated execution across due diligence, integration planning, Day 1 readiness, change management, and post-close transition.

You will partner with HR, Legal, Finance, IT, Operations, Payroll, and FP&A to support acquired employees and post-integration handoff, acting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Finance, or related field.
• 4–7+ years in HR M&A, integration management, or HR transformation.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional, time-sensitive initiatives.
• Strong governance, risk, and executive reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work with limited supervision in fast-moving, confidential environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Lead or coordinate people and HR-related due diligence activities.
• Develop integrated workplans, governance materials, and dashboards.
• Advise senior leaders on integration strategy and tradeoffs.
