Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a senior Lead, People M&A Integration to shape and execute People Enablement strategy across the M&A lifecycle. The role translates transaction objectives into integrated plans, governance routines, and coordinated execution through due diligence, Day 1 readiness, change management, and post-close transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as stated.
• 4-7+ years in HR M&A, integration management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success independently leading complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to leaders, translating integration decisions to business priorities and risks.
• Lead or coordinate due diligence, integration planning, Day 1 readiness, and post-integration transition.
• Develop and maintain integrated workplans, governance materials, and executive dashboards.
• Partner with HR and enterprise functions to enable smooth transitions and handoffs.
