Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Finance, or a related field.
• 4-7+ years of HR M&A, integration management, or related experience.
• Strong independent leadership of complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A strategy, advisory, and lifecycle leadership.
• Oversee due diligence and integration assessment workstreams.
• Plan, govern, and execute integrated workplans and governance artifacts.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder collaboration to enable transition and post-integration handoffs.
• Shape employee experience, change management, communications, and readiness activities.
• Apply data, risk, compliance, and continuous improvement practices to integration.
