Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate Inc. is seeking a senior Lead, People M&A Integration to shape and execute People Enablement strategy across the M&A lifecycle.

The role translates transaction objectives into integrated plans, governance routines, and coordinated execution across due diligence, Day 1 readiness, change management, and post-close transition. The role serves as a trusted advisor to People Enablement, Finance, IT, Legal, Operations, Payroll, and FP&A, partnering with HR to support transitions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–7+ years of HR M&A, integration management, or related experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor aligning people integration with transaction objectives and risk.
• Lead or coordinate due diligence, integration planning, Day 1 readiness, and post-integration transition.
• Develop integrated workplans, governance materials, and executive dashboards for visibility.
