Qualifications
- Proven experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, People Insights, HR Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Strong commercial acumen and genuine curiosity about how businesses operate and create value.
- Extensive experience translating stakeholder problems into scalable analytical solutions.
- Demonstrated success building self-service dashboards, reporting products, or analytics tools.
- Expertise with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms.
- Experience working with employee engagement survey platforms such as Peakon, Qualtrics, or equivalent solutions.
