Pax8 is seeking a People Insights Analyst in Denver, hybrid work. You will shape our people data strategy, build self-service analytics products, and partner with leaders across functions to drive evidence-based decisions.

This role blends analytics, behavior science, and business strategy in a fast-paced, global environment. You will own analytics products, transform complex data into actionable insights, and drive adoption with user-centered design while collaborating with People, Operations,

Qualifications

• Experience in People Analytics or HR Analytics.
• Strong business and value-creation sense.
• Proven ability to translate problems into analytics solutions.
• Proven track record building self-service dashboards or analytics tools.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Experience with employee engagement survey platforms (Peakon/Qualtrics).

Responsibilities

• Design and build self-service analytics products and dashboards for leaders.
• Translate workforce data into actionable insights.
• Create scalable reporting solutions to reduce manual work.
• Drive adoption through user-centered design and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle.
• Influence talent, engagement, and organizational health with data insights.
• Collaborate with leaders to turn challenges into analytics solutions.
• Champion evidence-based people decisions.
• Leverage AI-enabled analytics and automation to improve delivery.
