You will work at the intersection of business operations, automation, and AI, empowering teams to reduce repetitive work and create capacity for higher-value tasks. This role embraces hybrid/remote/on-site work with Denver alignment and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in function with deep understanding of the workflows and data and systems within that function.
• Proven ability to redesign processes for automation and efficiency.
• Experience using AI tools in real workflows to add value.
• Ability to explain automation concepts to non-technical audiences and train users.

Responsibilities

• Identify and redesign business processes for automation opportunities.
• Design, build, deploy, and enhance intelligent workflows using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Apply AI capabilities to streamline repetitive activities like data processing and routing.
• Connect systems to enable seamless information flow and measure value delivered by automation.
