Pax8 in Denver, CO is seeking a People Insights Analyst to transform people data into meaningful decisions across the business, culture, and employee experience. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of analytics, behavioural science, and business strategy.

You'll build self-service analytics products, dashboards, and tools, partner with leaders across People, Operations, Revenue, Finance, and Technology, and help grow Pax8's evolving people data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, People Insights, HR Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong commercial acumen and genuine curiosity about how businesses operate and create value.
• Extensive experience translating stakeholder problems into scalable analytical solutions.
• Demonstrated success building self-service dashboards, reporting products, or analytics tools.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision making through insights.

Responsibilities

• Build self-service insight products, dashboards, and tools to empower leaders to make better decisions.
• Transform complex workforce data into simple, actionable insights and scalable solutions.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle to influence strategy.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and modern analytics platforms to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies to deliver analytics with impact.
