Pax8 in the United States is seeking an Operations Data Analyst to shape smarter business decisions through trusted data, insights, and AI-enabled analytics. You’ll join our BI function supporting Professional Services and Academy, and you’ll improve existing reporting while building scalable analytics.

The role requires SQL, Amazon Redshift, and Power BI expertise, plus the ability to translate business questions into actionable insights.

Qualifications

Experience in data analytics, BI, reporting, or a similar analytical environment.
Proficient in SQL and cloud data platforms such as Amazon Redshift.
Experience building data visualizations and dashboards with Power BI.
Ability to translate business questions into actionable analytical insights.

Responsibilities

Design and enhance dashboards, reports, semantic models, and data products for operational and strategic decisions.
