Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company in Austin, TX is seeking a People Growth Partner to combine HR partnerships with field training for rapid store expansion. This role leads HR and operational training, supports new store launches, reinforces brand standards, and helps locations operate compliantly and effectively.

You will coach managers, resolve people issues, and build capability across diverse teams while travel supports special projects and field priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality, Training, Operations, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of experience in HR, employee relations, training, field operations, or people operations.
• Experience facilitating training, coaching adult learners, supporting onboarding, developing training materials and resources and coaching leaders.
• Ability to train diverse teams while handling sensitive HR matters with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate manager training, train-the-trainer programs, new store opening support, operational transitions, and targeted support for underperforming locations.
• Coach managers on systems, processes and program best practices across field operations.
• Partner with People, training facilitators and Operations leaders to improve materials, SOPs, onboarding tools, and scalability.
• Provide HR support across onboarding/offboarding, HRIS accuracy, required training completion, compliance tracking, employee relations, performance management, and payroll/benefits coordination.
