Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert in Austin to support store teams with talent strategies, guest-centric service, and a positive work environment.

You will lead recruiting efforts, assist with training, and serve as the expert on scheduling systems and pay practices while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications
