Everyday Coffee Company is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support multiple states, ensuring compliant HR practices, scalable onboarding, and a positive employee experience as we scale. This role partners with the Chief People Officer and People Growth Partner to manage employee relations, payroll touchpoints, benefits, and HRIS operations in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
