Job summary

ATBS in Golden, CO seeks a Talent Acquisition and Development Coordinator to help with recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee events. You will manage our applicant tracking system, coordinate with managers to hire top candidates, and creatively promote our employer brand on social media.

You will design and facilitate training for new hires and current staff while supporting team retention initiatives and daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting recruiting processes and onboarding is a plus.
• Familiarity with marketing and training development is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruiting by managing the ATS and coordinating with managers to hire the best candidates.
• Promote the ATBS employer brand on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and facilitate engaging training for new hires and existing staff.
• Lead retention efforts through monthly celebrations and quarterly events.
• Support administrative tasks and the Reception Queue to ensure excellent service.
