US Foods is seeking a Manager, Warehouse in Memphis to lead a safety‑driven, service‑oriented warehouse culture. You will oversee associates, ensure safe and accurate receiving, storage, and outbound loading, and drive cost‑effective operations.

You will coach teams, manage performance, hire for core roles, and monitor KPI metrics to sustain high efficiency while upholding food safety and FIFO standards. 10% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first culture and coach teams to injury-free operations.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and training.
• Direct and supervise productivity and ensure accurate orders and timely loading.
• Drive engagement, retention and adherence to US Foods values.
• Participate in hiring and building high-performance warehouse teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and address gaps with corrective actions.
• Oversee dock allocation, replenishment, and inventory organization.
