Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver high guest experiences.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with company guidelines.
• Support stock handling, inventory counts, and ordering.
• Help drive sales and store profitability through KPIs.
