Qualifications

• 1 year or more in a leadership role overseeing daily operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and foster a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members in alignment with company principles and store goals.
• Coach and train staff to maintain high engagement and performance.
