Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role supervising a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Desire to grow into a people-focused leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in line with the store Manifest and principles.
• Coach and train staff to maintain high engagement.
• Put guests first and build community relationships.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and local compliance standards.
• Assist with stock handling and inventory counts.
• Help drive sales and monitor KPIs with the Store Manager.
