Job summary

JOE & the JUICE is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations and deliver best-in-class guest experiences. You will support the Store Manager, coach team members, ensure cleanliness, and maintain brand standards across shifts.

You'll lead by example, nurture a positive store culture, and help grow the business by focusing on guest satisfaction, inventory control, and KPIs while building a long-term career in management.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a leadership role with responsibility for supervising a team and opening/closing procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and foster collaboration.
• Demonstrates a strong ambition to grow into a people-focused leader and build a long-term management career.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in leading team members aligned with the company Manifest and operational principles.
• Provide coaching and in-store training to maintain a high-performing store culture.
• Champion a guest-first mindset and strengthen guest relationships within the local community.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand standards in line with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with stock handling, inventory counts, and cost control to optimize COGS.
• Drive sales growth and help achieve defined KPIs while monitoring performance.
