Job summary

Joe & the Juice in the United States (California) seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring top guest experiences and adherence to standards. You will lead a team, manage opening/closing, and drive compliance and safety across the store.

You will coach staff, foster engagement, manage stock, and contribute to sales growth and profitability while pursuing a clear leadership path within the Moneyball framework.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership position with responsibility for team supervision, daily operations, and opening/closing procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative team culture
• Demonstrates a strong ambition to grow into a people-focused leader and build a long-term career in management
