• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a comparable retail, hospitality, or service-driven environment.
• Proven track record of delivering operational and financial results.
• Experience leading and developing teams with a focus on performance and engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to coach and mentor.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
• Own recruitment interviewing, hiring, and onboarding to build a strong store team.
• Develop and motivate staff through structured development plans and regular feedback.
• Champion a guest-first mindset and build relationships within the local community.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance to uphold brand standards.
• Create and manage shift plans to optimize store traffic and labor costs.
• Own inventory management, including stock counting and ordering.
