Job summary

Joe & the Juice is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and lead the team in the Store Manager's absence. You will ensure high performance, guest satisfaction, and adherence to policies, while guiding staff and maintaining a positive store culture.

The role emphasizes leadership development, coaching, and achieving store KPIs, with opportunities to progress across locations and roles within the company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading team members in alignment with company principles.
• Coach and train in-store staff to maintain high engagement and performance.
• Prioritize guest-first experiences and build strong guest relationships in the community.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic store environment and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Assist in stock handling, inventory counts and cost targets.
• Support initiatives to drive sales growth and improve store profitability.
