Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operation of the store, ensure safe, clean, and high-performing standards, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive guest experiences, staff development, and sales performance, while upholding the virtues and policies that shape our culture. This role offers opportunities to grow across cities and roles in our international network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Experience in being a part of a team of +10 employees
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Motivated to become a people-centric leader

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, while enforcing hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Assist the Store Manager in developing and engaging the team through daily feedback, in-store training, and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure a guest-first approach, building strong guest relations and loyalty
• Assist in building sales and optimizing store EBITDA to achieve KPI targets
• Lead team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles
