SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader for People & Culture to partner with the Store Leader on people operations and store performance. You will lead talent acquisition, onboarding, development, performance, and employee relations while shaping a high-performing, inclusive team culture in-store.

You’ll focus on hiring, coaching, scheduling, and learning initiatives to drive store KPIs and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a people leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of hiring, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management best practices.
• Experience handling employee relations with professionalism and empathy.
• Excellent communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build trust and lead a diverse, inclusive team.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team with a Customer Obsessed mindset, delivering exceptional service.
• Own talent acquisition for the store, building a diverse pipeline and timely hires.
• Anticipate staffing needs and maintain a strong bench of candidates.
• Align hiring and staffing with store KPIs and customer experience.
• Oversee onboarding to welcome and set up new hires for success.
• Manage scheduling and labor planning to meet business demands.
• Identify training needs and develop learning plans for growth.
• Support performance management with clear expectations and feedback.
• Foster inclusive culture and employee relations with care and objectivity.
• Develop succession plans and nurture internal leadership growth.
• Design engagement strategies recognizing wins and individuality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
