Job summary

Burger King Houston is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Mount Houston location. You will guide team members, deliver memorable guest experiences, and help drive store performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining quality and cleanliness, managing schedules, and supporting the General Manager with training, onboarding, and cost control while ensuring compliance with brand standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) goals are met.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and ordering processes for efficiency.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning and adjusts as needed.
• Creates and monitors schedules and manages onboarding for new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and Operational Assessments.
