Job summary

Burger King Houston is seeking a capable shift supervisor to lead a fast-paced team, deliver friendly guest service, and ensure quality, safety and cleanliness on the floor. You will train new team members, coordinate schedules, monitor speed of service, and work with the General Manager to achieve daily targets and guest satisfaction.

As part of a growing franchise, you will contribute to a positive work environment, coaching staff, and implementing cost controls while upholding Burger King

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coach brand service behaviors—train, observe, provide feedback and celebrate.
• Monitor Speed of Service to meet guest expectations.
• Keep the restaurant welcoming and clean.
• Ensure product quality and operations standards are met.
• Partner with the GM to improve guest metrics with action plans.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and ordering processes for efficiency.
• Implement cost controls.
• Monitor staffing and onboarding for new hires.
• Create and monitor schedules and onboarding.
