• Ensure product quality and operations standards are met.
• Partner with GM to improve guest metrics with action plans.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC targets.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and place product orders efficiently.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and adjust scheduling as needed.
• Create and monitor onboarding for new hires.
• Address employee needs via Operational Assessments.
