Job summary

Burger King Houston is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and uphold guest satisfaction. You will coach team members, manage daily operations, and ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, training, scheduling, and cost control, with opportunities for advancement within one of the largest Burger King franchises in the area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Able to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leaders by putting people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable guest experiences with excellent service.
• Balance employee and guest experience with financial goals.
• Welcome and train new team members.
• Lead inspiring team huddles to motivate the team.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to staff.
• Build the capability of shift supervisors for their next level.
• Consistently thank the team and celebrate success.
• Coach brand service behaviors; train, observe, provide feedback, and celebrate.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensure quality and operational standards are met.
• Collaborate with the GM to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC targets.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to optimize orders.
