Responsibilities

• Maintain clear, consistent communication with staff, managers, and ownership.
• Ensure staff adhere to policies and uphold Ziggi’s core values.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching to improve skills.
• Address deviations and delegate tasks to maintain flow.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Count registers, manage deposits, and balance the change box daily.
• Understand and uphold mystery shopper standards and train staff accordingly.
• Prepare and present daily recap of store metrics to identify improvements.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks to ensure proper stock levels.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and collaborate to improve service processes.
