Responsibilities

• Maintain clear communication with staff, managers, and owner.
• Uphold company policies and core values at all times.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training, support, and coaching to current team members.
• Address process deviations proactively, correcting team members and delegating tasks to maintain flow.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Count registers, balance the change box, and manage daily deposits to ensure financial integrity.
• Understand and uphold Mystery Shopper standards; train staff accordingly.
• Prepare and present a daily recap of store metrics including deposits and SPMH.
• Conduct monthly inventory to ensure proper stock levels and efficient use of resources.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and collaborate on improving service processes.
• Stay updated on new menu items, promotions, and seasonal offerings and communicate to staff and customers.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the store.
