Responsibilities

• Maintain clear communication with staff, managers, and owner about wins and improvements.
• Ensure staff follow policies and uphold core values.
• Train new employees and coach current team members.
• Address process deviations and delegate tasks to keep operations running.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically.
• Count registers, balance the change box, and manage deposits.
• Prepare daily store metrics recap and analyze sales per hour (SPMH).
• Conduct monthly inventory to ensure proper stock levels.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and communicate promotions to staff and customers.
