Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with staff, managers, and the owner to articulate wins and improvements.
• Ensure staff adhere to policies and uphold core values at all times.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to improve skills and confidence.
• Address process deviations proactively and delegate tasks to maintain flow.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically to create positive experiences.
• Accurately count registers, balance cash, and manage daily deposits.
• Prepare daily store metrics recap, including KPIs like SPMH.
• Conduct monthly inventory to ensure proper stock levels and resource use.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and communicate menu items and promotions clearly.
• Collaborate to improve service processes and maintain a clean, inviting store.
