Qualifications

• Minimum two years in an automotive service or customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair terminology.
• Ability to explain repairs in clear, non-technical language to customers.
• Proficiency with dealership management software or similar scheduling tools.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities
