Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Previous customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
• Excellent customer service and relationship skills required
• Strong organizational and communication skills required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards
• Ensure a safe, clean, and respectful store environment for customers and staff
• Maintain cleanliness of the store including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal
• Other duties as assigned
