• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Unload trucks and replenish stock per productivity standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and friendly store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
