Job summary

Burger King is looking for a hands-on supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations at our Warrenville, Illinois location. You will coach and develop team members, ensure consistent guest experiences, and help meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
