Job summary

Border Foods LLC in Monroe, WI is seeking an Assistant Manager to uphold our CORE values and oversee the entire restaurant operation, building and guiding a strong team that delivers great food and a friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Able to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays. Schedule demands may change.
• Non-exempt management position; expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
