Qualifications

• At least 1 year in restaurant or retail settings.
• Experience with sales growth, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Willing to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure execution of Core Values.
• Coach shift leaders and develop team members.
• Oversee scheduling, labor, and inventory with attention to cost control.
• Maintain health and safety standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
