Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; typically 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified; 18+ years of age; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Lead and develop Team Members to deliver great food and a friendly guest experience.
• Monitor labor, inventory, and costs; ensure health and safety standards.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction while representing Border Foods values.
