Qualifications
- Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience.
- Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
- Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Non-exempt management role; minimum 50 hours per week.
- ServeSafe Certification.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
- Deliver great food and a friendly guest experience.
- Lead shifts, ensure safety and training compliance.
- Manage labor, scheduling, and cash handling.
- Support career growth and company values like accountability and teamwork.
