Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, develop a strong team, ensure great food and friendly guest service, and uphold the company's core values.

This non-exempt role requires at least 1 year of restaurant or retail experience, ServeSafe certification, ability to work flexible hours, and a high school diploma. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Required when needed, the ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
