Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead a strong team. You will reinforce the company CORE values—Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork and Empowerment—while delivering great food and friendly service.

The role emphasizes guest experience, safety, scheduling, and coaching, with a focus on maximizing profits and ensuring standards. This non-exempt position requires flexibility to meet schedule demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience or equivalent education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Reinforce Border Foods CORE values in daily work.
• Provide a safe, welcoming environment and great guest experience.
• Drive fast, friendly service and manage costs and labor.
• Schedule and develop team members; monitor standards and accountability.
