You will train and motivate your team, coaching for excellence and consistency in hospitality. Lead brand-promoting events locally while maintaining rigorous sanitation and safety standards.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years in high-volume restaurant management, strong operational and financial insight, and a willingness to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning, purchasing, sanitation, and health codes.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
