Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Hardee's to operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager. You will lead, hire, schedule, and coach staff while maintaining quality, service and cleanliness to meet profitability goals.

Minimum of 2 years of management experience is required. You must pass background checks and a drug screen, have a valid driver's license, and be available for all shifts and weekends. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management team and crew.
• Provide coaching and discipline as warranted.
