Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager for a Hardee's location. You will lead and coach the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest service, maintain product quality and cleanliness, and drive profitability.

This role operates within a family-owned, Christian-based company known for opportunity for advancement and a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include interviewing staff, scheduling, controlling labor and costs, training crews, and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• Must be available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong conflict-resolution and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with the team.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct crew and management team meetings as needed.
• Control inventory to meet company Food Cost Variance standard.
