Border Foods is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee restaurant operations and lead a strong team focused on great food and friendly service. The role includes coaching, scheduling, training, and maintaining safety and quality standards to drive profitability and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience.

• Drive fast and friendly service, manage scheduling and team performance, and ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Assist in training and development, handle customer issues, and support revenue growth and cost controls.
